For exchanges or return shipments within the USA click here to request and print a prepaid return shipping label. All APL items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving them if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging along with any promotional gifts. Once the package is accepted at our warehouse and the condition of the returned item(s) has been confirmed, we will refund your original payment method. Our complete policy details are shown below. Our Policy
Athletic Propulsion Labs’ return and exchange policy applies to orders placed on www.athleticpropulsionlabs.com or at any APL Flagship retail location. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories (such as shoelaces) and dust bags if included. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
Any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported to APL within 5 days of the delivery date indicated on the FedEx or DHL tracking number supplied in order for a shipping claim to be filed.
Athletic Propulsion Labs® distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended packages be sent via FedEx with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.
Late Returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of APL.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your APL account or future orders being refused.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on APL as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

- For returns, please complete the form and indicate the return reason.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
- Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
- To return with FedEx, drop off your purchase at any authorized FedEx Location or set up a FedEx account to book a collection.
APL Warranty
We stand behind our athletic footwear and slides. If your APL shoes or slides purchased directly from AthleticPropulsionLabs.com or our Flagship Experience at The Grove develop a material or workmanship flaw within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, you can simply return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. As part of the process, we often request photos before we process the exchange or return.

All APL items must be processed for a return within 10 days of receiving them if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original shoebox(es) or packaging along with any promotional gifts to be eligible for a refund. Please also package your item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation. To receive a return ship label, orders must be returned from the original country of delivery.

Goods sold to shoppers in Canada, the EU, and the UK qualify for refund of duties and taxes under their respective refund programs. Your duties and taxes will be refunded in full as part of your APL return.
For other international destinations, customs/duties and sales tax are non-refundable through APL. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
Athletic Propulsion Labs® reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return and delivery policies in its sole and absolute discretion.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.
